Multiple Tracking Events The GPS Tracker will report over 7 different types of events in real time. Each event include Date, Time, Address, Speed, Heading.	You will be able to learn in detail the current and historical state of each vehicle. The system will provide you with the following events: Turn ON: Sent immediatelly every time the vehicle's ignition is turned ON. Turn OFF: Sent immediatelly every time the vehicle's ignition is turned OFF. Idle: Sent after 10 minutes of the vehicle being idle. Movement: Sent every minute while the vehicle is driving. Stop: Sent every 60 minutes while the vehicle is stopped. Input ON: Sent immediatelly every time the input is activated (a door, a PTO, etc.) Input OFF: Sent immediatelly every time the input is de-activated (a door, a PTO, etc.) Speed Alert: Sent immediatelly every time the vehicle goes above the predefined speed threshold. Idle Alert: Sent immediatelly every time the vehicle is idling over the stipulated maximum idling time. Geofence Alert: Sent immediatelly every time the vehicle enters or exists a geofence.
Minute by Minute Reporting Your vehicle(s) location will be reported every 1 minute.	You will receive a current location of your vehicle(s) every single minute while the vehicle's ignition is ON. You'll also receive other events in real time (as soon as they happen) on the following events: Ignition ON, Ignition OFF, Speeding, Idle, Input ON, Input OFF.
Send driving directions to drivers via email Generate detailed Driving Directions from a vehicle's position to any given place.	With just a couple of clicks you will be able to email turn-by-turn driving directions to any driver to go from its current location to any given destination. Distance and Estimated Time are included.
Shared Tracking Temporary invitation for others to view the location of one or more vehicles	With Shared Tracking, you can give LIMITED, VIEW-ONLY access to any person you decide for the period you define, to follow the location of one or more vehicles. You can give a customer temporary access to the vehicle that is delivering a good or service.
Geofences Create unlimited virtual places, called geofences.	Geofences are imaginary circles of any size that you can create in the map. Each one of these geofences will represent a customer, a vendor, a job site, etc. When a vehicle crosses the boundaries of a geofence an event will be generated, so you will be able to have control of when your customers are visited, how long the drivers remain in the premises, etc. Generate a Proof of Visit report with date and time of visits.
Breadcrumb Trail Display detailed trail of a vehicle's route in a given day.	You will be able to visually review a whole day's activities of a vehicle in the map. Some times you will be able to determine better routes, or better ways to organize your vehicles' activities.
Dispatching Find the closest/available vehicle to a given location.	You will be able to quickly get the closest vehicle(s) to a job site or any other place. Select which vehicle should be dispatched, generate driving directions and notify the driver. All in seconds.
Speeding Alerts Emails and Instant Messages sent everytime a vehicle goes above a predefined speed threshold.	You will be able to set a Speeding Policy, and enforce it via real time alerts that you will receive every time a vehicle goes above the predefined speed limit. These alerts can also be sent to other people, including the drivers, for them to know that the system is monitoring their behavior.
Idle Alerts Emails and Instant Messages sent everytime a vehicle remains idle for more than 10 minutes.	You will be able to curve fuel spending by being notified in real time a vehicle is idling. Alerts can also be set to be sent to the drivers, for them to know that the system is monitoring their behavior.
Geofence Alerts Emails and Instant Messages sent everytime a vehicle crosses a geofence's boundary.	You will be notified in real time when a vehicle arrives to a job site or to any destination that you have created as a geofence in the system.
Multi-User access Create as many users as necesary.	You can create a different user for each person that will have access to the system. Each person will have his/her own login and password.
Online Access easiTrack is a Web Application that can be accessed via internet.	You don't have to install any software. Simply go online anywhere you have a computer connected to internet, and access your private account with your personal login and password.
Google Maps Technology Google brings the most updated and technology advanced maps.	You will be able to see your vehicle(s) in the popular Google Maps. You probably know Google maps by now, so you will understand how to use them from the get go.
Street View Google's Street View technology covers most cities in the USA with a perfect view of the actual streets.	You can have a perfect understanding of the whereabouts of your vehicle(s) and geofences. Lets say you are a Landscaping company and need to perform a job at a certain location. With Street View you can have a preview of the location: Are there any trees, fences, or any other obstacle on site?
Full Screen Maps The system defaults to a map that uses the entire screen.	You will be able to have complete and ample visibility of your vehicle(s), instead of a small map in some side or corner of your computer's screen.
Online data history UNLIMITED online historical data	You will be able to retrieve up to 12 months of data online, at any given time. If you would like to keep the data longer, just let us know!
